In early 2009, Skies America opened a full-service fulfillment and call center to handle the processing and shipping of the New York Yankees publication and Fan Club orders, and it has grown into a cornerstone of our business. Our call center, located here in the United States with native English speakers, uses a series of systems to maintain high performance on both sides of the transaction.


Customers

We believe that the best way to ensure customer satisfaction is fast and effective resolution to problems. Our operators have real-time inventory reports, which allow for timely information and facilitate upselling. They are continually debriefed on product changes, staying up-to-date and enthusiastic about our client’s products and services.


Clients

Our managers keep our clients fully aware how the bottom line is moving. We provide monthly reports that detail the power of specific campaigns. We outline all relevant income and expenditures based on product or project. We maintain a list of all customer orders to facilitate email-marketing campaigns, and manage all postage-funding requirements for product distribution.
